This year is my 7th anniversary at Mercadona Online, where I have been lucky enough to grow and learn hand in hand with the project. Currently I am the person in charge of designing the necessary machinery to optimize the processes and doing it together with the rest of the teams is great, as we all create an incredible work environment in which everyday we help each other and make each other better.

Logistics process
We work to achieve a productive, sustainable, profitable and scalable logistics process that places the Boss at the center, in order to satisfy the 5 components of Mercadona's value chain: the Boss, the Worker, the Supplier, the Society, and the Capital.

Process and product
For us, process and product belong together and are improved and iterated at the same time.
We apply the Lean methodology on a daily basis, which builds the product on real needs in an iterative way.
We are not stakeholders, we are full members of the teams that build the products that support the processes within Mercadona Online.
